Description
Pale ruby and more restrained in colour than our 2024, this is a finer, more acid-driven expression of the site. Lifted aromatics of red cherry, cranberry and wild strawberry sit over subtle rose petal and spice from partial whole-bunch fermentation.
The palate is medium-bodied and precise, with bright natural acidity giving line and length. Fine, silky tannins frame the red fruit core, while a gentle savoury edge adds complexity.
